Hi all, long time no see. In addition to the entire world imploding, I have still needed to send my stupid little work emails and do my laundry and work on my capstone project so I can graduate from my master’s degree program.
My home cooking journey began, like many hobbies do, on YouTube circa 2012. As a chronic procrastinator, it remains one of my most-visited websites.
A month ago, I went on my first cruise. It was a family trip, ostensibly to celebrate my mom’s retirement two years late. We spent 2.5 days on land in Bermuda, bookended by the rest at sea on the ship.
I have been on my own for the past three weeks because my wife is visiting friends and family in the UK. (I was also sick with strep throat for one-third of this time period. Can’t recommend.)
