有諗過係唔係無需要獨立一篇講弓身，因為單係弓身其實無乜嘢搞，通常裝埋其他parts上去弓身度先會出現問題，不過因為調較係靠把弓，而且好多時需唔需要調整同點整都係基於把弓本身而唔係件配件，所以都係獨立開一篇講好似有系統啲。

今次個案例射手整個人都好繃緊。表癥又係黃心病，當然緊張可以係由好多原因引起，例如太早將視覺專注力集中於靶上，未做好預備動作扣弦握弓企好就已經望向靶，又例如太刻意、用太多力去做準備動作。不過今次個案我覺得射手其中一個動作技術環節影響特別大，令到其身體及精神太過緊張，將習慣改變後應該有助放鬆。
