I hesitate to write these words, they are about stigma and discrimination and shame and the assumptions it is easy to come to.

Wendy is going to be home soon, a night early. I am delighted. I doubt I will show it when she walks through the door, instead I will be hastily getting dressed to go down and say hello but Dash the dog will be exuberantly over the moon.
WHEN IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
I have no idea what I look for in the people who have provided care from me but I sometimes know what seems to have worked and what hasn’t. Whether that is down to me or them, I don’t know; probably a mixture.
