Bird by Bird

A male Bufflehead that I photographed in St. George, Utah in early February. It was a dark day, so my photograph doesn’t capture the purple and green iridescence this species shows in good light.

When I Saw Them All

Canada Geese in flight over Knight Ideal pond in Wellington, Utah. I am disappointed this photograph did not turn out better, but, I have to keep reminding myself that I am a birder, not a photographer.
