秒讀——《北歐時間》
前一陣子在 Threads 上非常紅的一本書，光是看書名就很能感受到它的魅力，畢竟北歐本身就是一個自帶「極簡、輕盈、療癒」氣氛的國度，對於長年生活在亞洲過勞、壓抑、內卷的亞洲社會的我們肯定有如救贖般治癒，我想不紅也很難。
書中描繪了很多作者在北歐生活感受到的文化差異，並用獨特的視角整理出了讓北歐人民如此幸福的小技巧，閱讀的過程中不禁會讓人羨慕，那種自由自在又充滿儀式感的生活。
今天分享幾個本書帶給我的啟發：

大名鼎鼎的作者、吸引人的封面與標題，《主角模式》勢必是我選書守備範圍中不可漏接的一本書。
一開始以為這是一本專注於自我，讓我們成為自己生命的「主角」的書，閱讀後才發現，這其實是一本關於「領導力」的書，非常適合企業主管或領導者閱讀。
樊登作為中國閱讀社群的頂流，在書中旁徵博引、論述流暢，讀起來真的有一種強烈的爽快感，感覺大腦煥然一新。
其中關於「成長」的解構更是給我莫大啟發，對於沒有領導需求的人來說，也絕對是乾貨滿滿的一本好書。以下是本書給我的四大啟發：

也許是我近期讀過最沉重的書。
對於這種非工具書，也很難找到下筆的角度，最後索性專注在幾個讓我比較有感觸的觀點上，上一次寫到類型差不多的書，也是跟死亡有關的《凝視死亡》，多少帶有微微的哲學的味道，希望大家可以接受。

市面上關於習慣的書有很多，不過這本書特別有趣。作者直接在開頭說，他為了測試這套理論有沒有效，刻意讓自己「耍廢」。
他故意不去做所有好不容易培養起來的好習慣，強迫自己每天吃垃圾食物、瘋狂酗酒，怎麼不健康怎麼來。可想而知，結果非常慘烈：體重增加了 4.5 公斤，背部嚴重痙攣，甚至因為腦壓升高和身體崩潰掛了 3 次急診。
打破好習慣一開始確實痛苦，但是當我們自暴自棄一段時間之後，要重新建立好習慣的路就會變得加倍...
