The best cup I remember having with this bag was when I did Tetsu Kasuya’s “Super Hybrid Method” with the Hario V60. The perfect settings on the JX Pro was at 2.7.2 I believe.
I don’t know if it was just this bag, but it was one light-roast labeled coffee in which I needed to treat it more like I would normally brew medium roast to unlock the full taste.
