最近我終於看完了《納瓦爾寶典》這本書，裡面可以學習的內容太多了。今天先說說我感受最深的三點。
第一，尊重對等關係。納瓦爾說他只相信對等關係，不相信階層關係。他不想高人一等，也不想矮人一截。假如他不能平等對待他人，或是他人不能平等對待他，他就不想跟這些人互動。他也提出如果我們無法想像可以跟一個人共事一輩子，那就連共事一天也不要嘗試。我們在生活中一定會遇到那些不對等的關係，一定要聽從自己內心的聲音，不要委曲求全，遠離負能量。人生到了一定的年齡，任何...
