最近、自分の中で変わったことを書いてみようと思います。

50代になると、
突然何もできなくなるわけではありません。
でも、
20代や30代の頃のように、
「気合いで乗り切る。」
そんな頑張り方は、
少しずつ難しくなってきました。
やる気が出ない日。
疲れが抜けない日。
「今日は何もできなかったな。」
そんな日もあります。
以前の私は、
そんな日があると、
「もっと頑張らなきゃ。」
と自分を責めていまし...

先週末、
北海道から石垣島まで、
Xの合宿に行ってきました。

飛行機を乗り継いで、
なんと約7時間。
同じ日本なのに、
ちょっとした海外旅行くらい遠い（笑）
今回の合宿では、

ということを中心に学んできました。

いつの間にか連絡を取らなくなったり。
反対に、

急に仲良くなることもあります。
