Yes with my oncologist, who has agreed to do parkrun, and I got a handshake so it has to be done. Shout out to my local 5kyourway to make sure this happens and I hope my daughter can do it to at Beverley Westwood Parkrun!!

A few days ago, due to the ongoing swelling with the lymphoedema I had to remove my wedding ring, otherwise think it might have to have been cut off in time and I didn’t want that.
