This morning I caught a glimpse of a headline that sent me spinning a bit into fear (a regular occurrence given the times). I tried to go for my usual morning walk to move the energy through, but it started raining, so I turned around.
I had been wanting my gardener to cut off this stalk as it has become quite raggedy. Last night as I looked out my window, the light in my garden lit it up and it reminded me of a beautiful swan.
The color magenta is often associated with creativity, spiritual awareness and transformation. It’s seen as the color that encourages self-reflection and deep introspection.
Life feels crazy right now. Wars, climate change and political challenges have me at times feeling out of control, hopeless and overwhelmed.
