As a convert, August has a desire to share all of the ways God has been present in her life before, during, and after her conversion. She hopes to inspire others to embrace their crosses and find happiness amid both blessings and sufferings.
Aside from writing and creating, I love pit stops in the adoration chapel, filling my camera roll with clouds, and drives that end in a forest or tulip field.
Maria is daughter of God, wife to her beloved Austin, and mother of three. She is also an English teacher and parish music director. Maria is passionate about the daily opportunity that we each have to encounter God in the most ordinary of moments.
