用泡棉管做假肢，練習止血帶
商品化的假肢體教具很貴，但貴得有道理，傷口逼真、觸感逼真，有些甚至可以做到當止血帶轉到夠緊、壓力足夠時，是真的會止血。
省錢的我就在想，有沒有辦法自己做一個，至少在教學時能給學員足夠的視覺回饋。
作法不難，在中空的泡棉管裡塞進電話配線盒（模擬骨頭）跟一段軟水管（模擬大動脈），再把剩下的空隙用發泡膠填滿。等半天以上乾燥後，拿噴漆上色就完成一個截肢傷的教具。
它當然沒辦法做到像商品化那樣，止血帶轉緊、壓力一夠就真的止血。但你可以想像，我在上游的水管接一支止血鉗，學員在轉緊...

過去半年，許多夥伴透過地頭蛇計畫參與工作坊、跨單位演練或線上分享，接觸了止血、呼吸道處置、延長傷患照護與資源規劃等主題。
不過，我們一直在想一個問題：
幾個月後，如果真的遇到緊急狀況，這些技術還用得出來嗎？
因此，七月我們辦了一場複習工作坊。這次沒有從頭教新知識，而是把大家放進一個有情境、有時間壓力的環境裡，重新操作過去學過的技術，看看哪些真的做得到，哪些還需要練習。
上午，我們複習止血、呼吸道建立、胸部外傷等核心技術。畢竟真正困難的往往不是「知道怎麼做」，而是在緊張...
複習工作坊 02：為什麼每次上課演練很充實，卻感覺記不住？
我自己以前上課的時候，最怕的不是內容太難，是內容太豐富。
一個下午的情境常常做得又多又滿，講師希望我們帶走很多東西，每一種樣貌都讓我們碰一下。可是時間就這麼多，塞得越滿，我反而越記不住，經歷了一大堆，最後腦子裡什麼都沒有真的留下。
我的思考是：如果真正希望學員帶走的，其實只是一兩個核心觀念，那就不能什麼都塞。學好一個情境，勝過操作太多不同的情境而什麼都沒學到。
還有一件事，是我自己當學員時最深的感覺，每次情境跑完，我都好想再玩一次。因為我知道，下一次我一定會做得更好。...
