用軟式護木土炮出一個肋骨模型
上次地頭蛇計劃複習工作坊結束後，我把一副 3D 列印的假肋骨放在車上，結果高溫直接把教具烤到變形。但也讓我想起之前在網路上看過有人用軟式護木土炮出一個肋骨模型，於是我就自己動手做了一個。
材料很簡單，一個軟式護木（台灣應急的產品，推！），加上大力膠帶就搞定。做法是把軟式護木剪成三等份，用老虎鉗把尖銳的地方彎進去，避免刮傷，然後用白貼纏繞固定形狀，裡面放一包生理食鹽水，外面再蓋幾片紗布模擬軟組織，最後用自黏彈繃包起來收尾。這樣一個模具，就可以拿來練習針刺減壓、手指開胸術（Fi...
複習工作坊 01：當民宅成為傷患穩定點
端午連假，我們在一處民宅裡辦了一場複習工作坊。
因為是「複習」所以這次沒有從頭教新東西，而是把大家放進一個有情境、有時間壓力的環境裡，實際操作、複習過去學過的技術，像是進階止血帶操作、胸部外傷處置等。畢竟技術學會不難，難的是在緊張與混亂中還能操作。
空間經過轉換：客廳變成檢傷空間、廚房變成急救室、私家車可能是唯一的轉移工具。其實以醫療處置來說，民宅的空間有些侷促，格局也不盡人意。不過這也反映了可能的真實處境。
