Dr Edward Thomas Jones is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at Bangor University. His research, which mostly has a policy focus, is primarily in the area of Welsh economy, regional industrial structures, and innovation in public and private finance.
I was the lead author. I think welfare reform and improving public services are key actions. Labour's first year has been disappointing. This is what got me interested in writing the article with other colleagues.
