起因
身為一位醫師，從醫學院讀書的過程中，就習慣了常常必須大量的閱讀文獻，並分析、理解、整理各篇文獻的內容。這個過程極度消耗腦力。
在這個充滿聲光刺激的時代，隨便一個手機通知，就能讓你失去了方向。
進入外科訓練後，要能夠坐下來，專心的消耗大量時間來一次整理多篇文獻，是非常困難的事。
常常是零碎的時間片段，做個半小時、一小時，然後下一次又有時間可能已經好幾天以後了.....
