A relaxing week last week, as we eased towards the bank holiday weekend here in the UK. The warmer weather slowly gave way to more unsettled conditions, and we even saw some rain - shock, horror!

I was off on adventures with my youngest this week, hunting out castles on the Kent coast. We took in Rochester and Dover, but the weather washed out other plans; the rain was a welcome relief after the incessant heat of the last few weeks....
A more productive week this week, as my health slowly returns. So many highlights, but the two most prominent are the impromptu family trip to the beach one evening after a day in the city and getting back out on my gravel bike with my came...
My health took a turn for the worse this week, so I needed a trip to the doctor and some meds to knock it on the head. Time outside was therefore at a minimum, but I did still manage a solitary run and a few short walks/shuffles.
