I’m not a photographer.
But every once in a while, if I’m patient, I’m able to capture something lovely. I thought about turning this photo into a poem. A short story. A full on reflection. But instead I just want to leave this as it is....
For my poets. My parents. My sister. My love. My people.
If home is where the heart is, then
people are where home lives.
Home is in
late night conversations
laughter in verse
countless confessions of "me too"
