تقرر في لحظة صدق أن تتغيّر. تكتب قائمة بكل العادات السيئة التي ستتركها، وكل العادات الجيدة التي ستبدأها. تنام وأنت متحمّس. تصحو في الغد مصمّماً.
ثم بعد أسبوع — أو أسبوعين في أحسن الأحوال — تجد نفسك في نفس المك...
