I teach literature and Women's and Gender Studies at Presbyterian College in rural South Carolina. I write mostly academic articles and essays on Caribbean literature, in between raising two children in Greenville.
Laurie Stone is author of six books, most recently "Streaming Now, Postcards from the Thing that is Happening," longlisted for the PEN/Diamonstein-Spielvogel Award. She writes the Substack "Everything is Personal.”
Vicki is the director of public affairs for Planned Parenthood South Atlantic in South Carolina where she advocates for the full spectrum of reproductive care, including abortion, birth control and IVF.
