昔、仕事がものすごく忙しかった頃も、季節の変わり目になると必ず家の中を少し変えていました。
時間に余裕があったわけではありません。
むしろ毎日予定に追われていて、気がつけば季節がひとつ終わっていた、なんてことも珍しくありませんでした。

9月になると、私がいつもやっていることがあります。
正確には、季節の変わり目ごとにしている小さなルーティン。
なので一年に4回やってきます。
9月は、夏から秋へ向かうための断捨離と模様替え。
大掃除というより、自分の意識を次の季節へ切り替えるための時間です。これは毎回異なるのですが、”何をやるか”よりも”やることで自分の人生がどう変化していくか”を意識した行動です。
