新卒で人材会社はあえて行きませんでした。キャリアへの想いが強い故に、会社の人材営業などは、私が潰れる可能性を考えたことと、現場の仕事を知らないとキャリアの支援はできないと思ったからです。
新卒では、ご縁があり将来的に人事になることを口約束してホームセンターの接客業からスタートしました。現場スタートは理解の上です。
