私はなぜ職種に縛られずに働いてきたのか
実は私は20歳の時からキャリア支援に携わり、将来的にキャリアコンサルタントを目指していました。
新卒で人材会社はあえて行きませんでした。キャリアへの想いが強い故に、会社の人材営業などは、私が潰れる可能性を考えたことと、現場の仕事を知らないとキャリアの支援はできないと思ったからです。
新卒では、ご縁があり将来的に人事になることを口約束してホームセンターの接客業からスタートしました。現場スタートは理解の上です。
ただし、約束していた人事部長が退職されて、大きな会社だったので...
