負責這報道的記者，在上月留意到，浸會大學最後一幅民主牆，已改為「STARHUB」告示板，意味著校園內的民主牆，已全被「清場」。浸大民主牆之死，源於去年 12 月，出現悼念宏福苑大火及「懇請政府回應公眾需求」等字句，民主牆隨即被展板及水馬遮蓋，及後被校方接管。七個月來，校內的三幅民主牆已被更改用...

今年 7.1，是國安法實施生效後，香港第六年沒有 7.1 遊行。7.1 遊行是不少香港人的集體回憶，亦標誌著、曾幾何時百花齊放的公民社會；後國安法時代下，公民社會究竟仍有多少空間，一直是《集誌社》所關注，自成立以來，我們每年都會到銅鑼灣，採訪、記錄仍有多少香港人會上街表達訴求。
今年 7.1 的銅鑼灣街頭，現身的都是社運常客，包括一手撐住直傘、一手撐住拐仗，已年屆 102 歲的大黃伯，還有前社民連成員阿牛曾健成，就要來「湊熱鬧」和懷緬過往七一的時光。

6 月 23 日（周二）是《蘋果日報》停刊五年。壹傳媒創辦人黎智英今年被重判 20 年、張劍虹、陳沛敏、羅偉光、林文宗、馮偉光、楊清奇等六名前《蘋果日報》高層，被判囚六年九個月到十年，《蘋果》更被列為受禁組織。《蘋果》停刊五年當日，有前員工和讀者回到將軍澳工業邨的壹傳媒大樓外，有人擺放白蠟燭，亦有人自製「墓碑」寫上「沉冤待雪」。
