前幾年流傳一句話「世界是個草台班子」，義大利經濟史學家卡洛·契波拉（Carlo Cipolla）寫過一本小書《蠢人基本定律》，正好能解釋這件事是怎麼發生的。

我承認，世界閱讀日當天，我只是想說好久沒有來寫列點式的雞湯文了，最近因為工作太忙，比較無法靜下心來收集資料，就思維跳躍地想這想那，列了其實是我想提醒自己儘量做到的 10 件事。
