電影《一個部門的誕生》十分好看。不少人都知道，電影取材自真實事件：2014年，一個青年因無法退出某電視台的訂閱服務而持刀傷人。
我好奇：「cut唔到台」是否香港獨有的現象？問人工智能（AI），原來不是，世界各地都有類似案例。於是我找了些研究來看。

亞洲另一個特區
近日，我到印尼日惹（Yogyakarta）的加查馬達大學（Universitas Gadjah Mada，UGM）開會，跟亞洲各地的人文社科學者交流學習。
出發前看資料，我才知道日惹是印尼的一個特區（Special Region of Yogyakarta），也是印尼擁有最密集大學的文化藝術之都。在街上，我看到很多衣著打扮極西化的大學生，也有很多包頭巾的女性在電單車上奔馳。
香港也是特區，也是高等教育中心。我想，香港人跟日惹人聊天，或許可以得到一些啟發。
