Published in 2023 in Island magazine as a provocation to literary magazines who forget/refuse to include graphic narratives in their pages.
It’s the Tasmanian Summer and I’m out in the garden soaking up the UV index of 12. I tend to burn a bit, and in the haze of the sun’s not-so-gentle touch I dream of page layouts.
