The next topic on the list was marketing, which is one I am not very familiar with. And this was the case for all Fellows: some knew more about certain subjects than others, and all I could hope for was that the program wasn’t boring.
As I was further reflecting on what I wanted to write about, I made some realizations.
Even though I had finished designing the program, a few weeks after it started I was fired. I had never been fired before and wasn’t fired after that, at least not yet. In a way it was more of an euphemism “we’re not renewing your contract”...
When the (very long and time-consuming) selection process ended, it was time to get into the actual program. It started with the pre-program: simple questions, reflections, and ice-breakers. The platform we used worked like a social network...
