今リトアニアのカウナスにつきました。
エストニアや、フィンラドから１時間半。
これから、杉原リトアニア領事が８６年前にユダヤ人難民にビザを書き続けたホテルに泊まって、明日当時の領事館をそのまま保存した記念館に行きます。 本の取材のためにひとりで来ました。

フィンランドに来て、びっくりしたことがあります。それは、いつまで経っても、夜が暗くならないことです（笑）。
８時になっても、９時になっても、１０時になっても、まだ明るい。
なんでだろう？と思ってたら、そうだ。これが白夜なんだ！と思い出しました。白夜って、皆さん、聞いたことがありますか？

フィンランドの森のテントで講演！！
世界一周旅行の最初は、フィンランドの森での講演です。ナチュラルハイフェスティバルのゲストとして呼ばれてきてます。１日目は、テントでの講演。明日はもう少し大きいレンガの会場で講演することになってます。
参加者は、フィンランド人がほとんどですが、英語での講演もいっぱいあります。フィンランドだけの講演も、ちょっと聞いてましたが、すごく素敵でした。このフェスティバルは、今年で１４回目だそうです。僕のことを７年前からフォローしてくれている人もいて、感激です。

今回の映画のプレミア上映会の前日に、イベントがあるから来てねと言われてました。行ってみると、１３０年前に建てられた物凄く素敵な教会で、映画の前夜祭みたいなイベントがありました。

全ての日程を終え、今ラウンジです。なんと、ワールドカップの日程と重なってしまい、センチュリオンラウンジは３０分待ちでした。僕は、ちょっとズルしてすぐ入れたけど。
アメリカは、いろいろ問題あるけど、やっぱりダイナミック。ハリウッドも、だいぶ落ち目みたいですが、それでも、みんなクリエイティブですね。
