AIが人の感情まで読む時代になってきた。
会議中の表情、コールセンターでの声のトーン、採用面接の受け答え、社内チャットの文面。そういうものをAIが分析して、「この人は不満そうだ」「この候補者は熱意が足りない」「この社員は顧客対応が冷たい」と評価する。
