先日、佐渡島庸平さんとのトークイベントに向けて、改めて佐渡島さんの本をほぼすべて読み直していました。
その中で、細谷功さんとの対談本『言葉のズレと共感幻想』に出てくる言葉に、ものすごく印象的な部分がありました。
それは佐渡島さんが細谷さんと、人間の動物的な感情の話について語っていたときにおっしゃっていたことで、
「因果関係が逆だと思う。先に感情があって、それに見合う言葉を探しているんだと思うんですよ。」
これは本当にその通りだなあと思いました...
すべてが正しく滑らかになる世界で、魂はなぜ萎れていくのか。
先日のブログで、AI時代には「自分の魂が萎れているのか、それとも生き返っているのか」、それを感じ取る力が大事なんじゃないか、ということを書きました。

いま自分のなかで何が芽吹いていて、何が萎れかけているのか、その季節のような移ろいを見殺しにしないこと、それがこれからますます大事になってくる、という話でした。

先日の記事で「礼儀正しくある前に、魂を殺すな」といいう話を書きました。
この記事を書いたあとのおまえが言うな、という話なのは重々承知しているのだけれども、それでもやっぱり「魂」という言葉は、どこかでズルいなと思っている自分がいます。
