作業会で周りと比べて勝手に落ち込んだ話

名古屋で、リツトさんのAntigravity作業会に参加してきました。
昨日に続いて2日間参加したのですが、正直かなり落ち込みました😭
周りの人たちが本当にすごくて、AIを当たり前みたいに使いこなしてるんです。
英語の画面もスラスラ読んで、
どんどん進めてて、サイト作ったり色々してて。
その横で私は、
・英語で止まる
・変なボタン押して画面おかしくする
・何が分からないのか分からなくなる
みたいな状態でした...

私は最近、LINEスタンプを制作したり、noteを更新したりとしてますがやっぱり私よりすごい人は沢山いる訳で、、たまに焦ったり、「あの人はすごいのに私はまだまだだな。だめだなぁ」って思ったりしちゃうんです
それで落ち込んで不安が溜まったり、やる気が消えたり。
私は落ち込むと嫌なことにしか目がいかなくなるんです。
前よりネガティブ発言は減ったけど、自分がやれた事とか褒めるの...

私は居酒屋とか元気！！とかの熱血系が苦手なので、アルバイトもお年寄りが多いスーパーでしてました。
ですが、、バイト先に怖いおじいちゃん店員さんがいて、、よく理不尽にぐちぐち言われたり、社員さんの機嫌が悪くて質問もできない、、😞
