気づけば2025年も5月、外は初夏の陽気。
私の2024年後半はわりと息をひそめて時が過ぎるのを待っていたような気がします。
簡単にいってしまえば、疲れていたんだと思います。
いや今も毎日疲れてはいるんだけど、日々の生活、子どもの世話、仕事、それらのバランスを私の体調と相談しながらこなしていくことに、私の心が疲れてしまっていたんだと思います。

逗子ステイ
逗子海岸近くに家族で寝泊まりできる場所があり、ゴールデンウィークと先週と2泊ずつしている。
最低限の家財道具をそろえて、快適に過ごせるようになってきた！
子どもたちは旅行気分で楽しそう。
海まで徒歩すぐなので、朝ごはんを食べる前に海岸を散歩したり
駅前の魚屋さんでお刺身を買ってきて、夕飯にしたり
午後はめいっぱい海で遊んで、疲れたら家に戻ってお風呂にはいって寝る
空はひろくて、街じゅうなんだかのんびりした空気。
車でちょっと行けば、鎌倉だし

目で楽しみ、舌で味わう。
自分じゃ到底買うことができないような貴重な器でいただいたり、自分じゃ到底つくれないようなおしゃれな姿かたちのお料理と器の組み合わせだったり、とにかく非日常感が食事をぐんと楽しくさせてくれる。
日々の家庭でのごはんでは、なかなかそうはいかない。それに、気負わないごはんにホッとしたりもするし、毎食に楽しみを追求して非日常感を求めているわけではない。

なおしてつかう器
もう何年も前に山形県鶴岡市の古道具屋さんで購入した朱塗りの器、大きさもかたちもとても使い勝手がよくてたいへん重宝しているのだけど、よっつあるうちのひとつの底が剥げて素地がみえてしまっていたので、なおしてもらった。
見事に復活させていただいて、ほんとうに嬉しい。
当然のことながら、お直しするには時間とお金がかかる。今回もけっこうかかった。
でも、なおさないと剥げたままだし、そのまま使い続けたらもっと悪化するし、よっつ揃っていたのがみっつになってしまうと具合が悪い。買い足す...
心身ともに健康でいつづけることの難しさよ！
気持ちが上向きのときは、あれもやりたい！これもやりたい！やっちゃえやっちゃえ〜！！楽しい〜〜〜！！！！！！みたいなテンションでフットワーク軽くいろんなことがどんどん前へ進んでいきます。
朝からジムへ行って汗を流し、仕事をしてお昼休憩に夕食の支度も済ませ、ご機嫌で子どもたちをお迎えし、夕飯や入浴を経て寝かしつけ。ふーやれやれ今日も充実した一日であった！などと大満足で眠りに落ちる。
そんな日は実際には年に数回あるかな？という感じでだいぶ盛っておりますが。
