ちょっと嫌になるくらい秋雨前線が停滞している。北に動いてみたり南に動いてみたり、結局本州に戻ってくるので閉口している。山々に囲まれた上田でも流石に振られており、それを言い訳に全然ランニングできない週。先週までの気温ならシャワーランどんとこいだったが、朝晩17℃くらいになるかと思うと少し迷う。とはいえ走れるときは走ったほうがいい気がしているので、古い方のレインを着て走ることにトライしておくのは悪くないだろう、と思う。

今年の夏もTシャツの先入先出しシステムを構築せずに夏が終わりそうです。結果的に同じTシャツばっか着ることになり、たまに「ああこれもあったなあ」みたいになる現象に名前を付けたい。在庫管理や流通を少しでも齧ったことがある人にとってはお馴染みのワードですが一般化しているのだろうか。しているならもう少し理解をしてくれ、と思いつつ今月もゴレイヌです。9月に帰ってくるんじゃなかったんかい。

なんか怒涛の1週間だった気がするが、なんてことはない、先週末の疲れと東京出社と土日友人と遊んだので忙しく感じていただけである。

妻の友人が愛知より来訪。かねてより行ってみたかった近所の居酒屋にGo。レビュー通り、おばあちゃんが一人でやっているタイプの小ぢんまりとした家庭料理中心の居酒屋でとても良かった。何食べても美味い。21時までしかやっていないのが玉に瑕だが、まあ近所なのでいいでしょう。

あまり経験が無いのだが、口角炎に罹った。ストレスやら常在菌やらいろいろ要因となり得ることは考えられる、らしい。取り急ぎ口腔関係のトラブルにお決まりのデンタルクリームを塗りたくって寝ているが、果たして。

上田も暑くなってきた。流石に日中はエアコンが必要かもしれない、と思いながら過ごしているが今のところ点ける点けないの判断は半々くらい。仕事中は別にいいのだが、寝室が南西角部屋なので昼から夕方にかけての日差しを浴びて暑いことこの上ない。一旦、北向きの部屋に寝室を避難させるべきか悩み中である。
