ふわっと禁漁期に入りました。釣り納めらしい釣り納めはできず、まあ色々今年は仕方ないのでちゃんと来年への仕込みをしましょうね、と思っている。
ここからは冬シーズンへの準備を(今更だが)やっていく。グルーの張替は手配した。ワックスは？シェルを買い替えると言っていたのは？みたいなチェックリストが出来上がってしまう。あと2か月足らずで雪という事実。その前にはOMM本戦も控えている。ボーっとしているとすぐに日がたってしまうので、自戒も込めてあと数週間ということを意識しながら。まあO...

サプリメントに手を出し始めました。疲労が取れない。
別にめちゃくちゃ体調が悪いとかではないが、気分の問題もある。先送りにしている人間ドックも、いい加減やらねばと思っているが昼食が評判の某病院に申し込んでみようか。先週も書いたが胃腸関係を重点的に見てもらいたいと思いつつ、別に今に始まったことではないため正常化バイアスがかかっている。
先週分を水曜夜にぶん投げたりシルバーウィークを挟んだりしたのでざっくりと。

ちょっと嫌になるくらい秋雨前線が停滞している。北に動いてみたり南に動いてみたり、結局本州に戻ってくるので閉口している。山々に囲まれた上田でも流石に振られており、それを言い訳に全然ランニングできない週。先週までの気温ならシャワーランどんとこいだったが、朝晩17℃くらいになるかと思うと少し迷う。とはいえ走れるときは走ったほうがいい気がしているので、古い方のレインを着て走ることにトライしておくのは悪くないだろう、と思う。

今年の夏もTシャツの先入先出しシステムを構築せずに夏が終わりそうです。結果的に同じTシャツばっか着ることになり、たまに「ああこれもあったなあ」みたいになる現象に名前を付けたい。在庫管理や流通を少しでも齧ったことがある人にとってはお馴染みのワードですが一般化しているのだろうか。しているならもう少し理解をしてくれ、と思いつつ今月もゴレイヌです。9月に帰ってくるんじゃなかったんかい。

なんか怒涛の1週間だった気がするが、なんてことはない、先週末の疲れと東京出社と土日友人と遊んだので忙しく感じていただけである。

妻の友人が愛知より来訪。かねてより行ってみたかった近所の居酒屋にGo。レビュー通り、おばあちゃんが一人でやっているタイプの小ぢんまりとした家庭料理中心の居酒屋でとても良かった。何食べても美味い。21時までしかやっていないのが玉に瑕だが、まあ近所なのでいいでしょう。
