どうにも集中力がない人間です。
脳内とっちらかるタイプで、一日単位にしても、長期的にも、
計画を立てるのも苦手だし、
立てた計画に従うのも苦手。
いわゆる「思考がうるさい人」とも分析されるが、
ひとつのものや事柄から受け取る情報量が多すぎたり、
そこから、思考が追い付けないスピードで
いろんな脳内データに勝手にアクセスしちゃって、
脳が追い付かなくて途方に暮れていたりするんだというのが、
最近の自分の見解です。

どうしても比べてしまうなら
6月28日に投稿した、こちらの内容からです。
「人と比べる」という言葉に、なんだかよくないイメージがあるけど。
比べるって、必ずしも良くないことだけではないよなあと思って、メリットとデメリットを考えてみました。
比べると、自分のことがわかる→メリット
比べると、しんどくなる→デメリット
うん、なんとなくこんな感じかな？
はて、なにやら違和感。
「わかる」はただの事実。「しんどくなる」はわかったあとの感情。
てことは、やっぱり比べること自体は問題ではなさそう。...

来る日も来る日も、夜な夜な一日の振り返りと照合をGeminiさんにお願いしました。
大きく動いた一ヶ月半、毎日のように激しい上がり下がりがあるのに、その返答を読むと自分の軸に戻ってくることができました。
AIさんは間違えることもあるし、それはちょっと違うよなと思うこともあったけれど、そうやって、違和感に気づけるうちは問題ないなと思っていたのだけれど。
ふと気づいた。何も生み出せなくなっている自分。

しばらく投稿できずにいました。
絵描きをしておりまして、
4月22日～5月23日、6月11日～6月21日と、展示会が続いていたので、
その準備や会場入りなどなど、時間的にも体力的にも余裕がなかった。
そして、もうひとつ大きな原因がこちら。
一日も欠かさず、続けていました。
Geminiさんに、その日一日のことをただ、まとめてもらうだけの日もあったのですが、
ほとんどがこの文言からの書き込みでした。

「絶対に無理なことに対して、ChatGPTが大丈夫だと言ってきかないので、暴言を吐いたら、突然恐ろしい口の利き方をしてきて、しかも頼んでもいないのに低い声で自動的にそれが読み上げられた」
読んでからかなり経過しているので、文面や内容がもう少し違ったかもしれませんが、おおまかなことはこんな感じでした。
たくさんの方がコメントされていました。
