でも、読んでもらうために自分から紹介するのは、少し気が引ける。
そんな方に使ってほしいのが、私が毎週水曜日に行っている「記事交流」です。
今回はその紹介も兼ねて、初めて参加するときに何を用意すればいいのかを書きます。

先日、Substack運用の相談で、オンラインで話した時のことです。
画面越しに、その方のSubstackの購読者数が目に入りました。
あれ、こんなにいたっけ？
聞いてみると、こう返ってきました。
「この3日くらいで、よく分からないんですけど、80人ぐらい増えました」
何か新しいことを始めたわけではないそうです。
