Was at my friends’s 50th party today, which started with a treasure hunt in the woods with over 50 people playing, then a huge picnic in the glorious Autumn sun at what locals call The Heavens (for good reason), then on to the hosts’ house...
My coach for the last five years and the black belt who gave me my black belt, taught his last class at his gym (as owner - we expect him to teach the odd class when he’s back on family visits).
He’s now handed over to us and I’m guessing...
Very productive week on the whole, though when I finally sat down to do some video editing for the course I actually ended up finishing the promo reel for the Barcelona episode of the show instead. At least that’s now done.
Woke up on Friday morning to the smell of forest fire and a smoky haze. “This is it” I thought, “it has truly begun”. The SHTF event that I’ve feared since I was pretty young and watched my first disaster movie, is now actually happening to...
