On April fifteenth I was pleasantly surprised to see the prompt for the day was “friendship.” I took the opportunity to write out a few thoughts that’d been on my heart, and this poem was the result.

I wrote this short “cutscene” for a one-word prompt. The prompt was “fire.” I’m not sure if I should do anything more with these characters, but they seem to have a lot of potential.
