Al Lautenslager, author of four baseball books, is a twelve-times published, best-selling author, entrepreneur, & retired professional speaker. Currently, Al is enjoying a retired life pursuing his passions of baseball, travel, writing, and family.
I am a member of SABR and a docent for the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum in Baltimore. I am also the co-author of a book, Foxy Ned Hanlon: The Baseball Life of a Hall of Fame Manager." It was published by McFarland & Company in April, 2024.
Eric is the author of Runnin' Redbirds: The World Champion 1982 St. Louis Cardinals and Season of Shattered Dreams: Postwar Baseball, the Spokane Indians, and a Tragic Bus Crash That Changed Everything. He lives in Washington state.
