下面谈蒋介石到底怎么看大陆老百姓的想法。我们前面讲过，蒋并不是一直都没有民意。实际上，他也有过民意很高的时候，比如1945年抗战胜利以后。但之后民意就像流水一样迅速流失，尤其到了1948年金圆券发行之后，人民对国民党政权怨声载道，这种情绪当然也会投射到蒋介石本人身上。
