Welcome. This week’s edition pulls from one of my more popular leadership programs for leaders on practical ways leaders can develop, coach, and elevate the performance of their teams by becoming a “developer of talent.”
Over the Christmas break, I had every intention to spend time reading, reflecting and writing on the critical trends that I was going to be paying attention to in 2026 at the intersection of talent, leadership and the future of work.
I’ve been teaching and facilitating a lot of AI adoption and enablement workshops over the past 12-18 months. A lot of these focus on getting employees to get more comfortable with using AI tools in their day to day work.
