「若い人ってすごいよね」って言うだけじゃなくてさ。
若い人たちと一緒にいることが増えた気がする。
悩みながらも軽やかに生きる彼ら彼女らを眩しいなって見ながら、でもそこで交わす会話で得るものがたくさんある。
彼らと話してて、親との関わり方や、幼少期の過ごし方が自分とは全然違うことを実感する。僕が現役の大学生だったとき、「あ〜いいなあ〜」と憧れたり、「俺は全然違う、、」と悔しがったりした相手と似ている。
片田舎から一生懸命勉強して、大学に編入して、そこでもまだ頑張って大学院に行って、弁護士になって、、とポキっと折れてしまい...
目標を達成することが虚しくなってきた。
今日はうまくまとまってないことを。
子どもと遊んでると、自分の「たのしいー！！！」を追求して、それを分け与えてくれるのが良くわかる。こんなの作ったよ！これできる？わーわー！ととてもエネルギーのカタマリ。周りにいると自然に元気になる（体力的には大変疲れる）。
一方大人でも、同じようにエネルギーがいっぱいの人がいる。こんなこと今やりたくて！いまここまでいって、これで悩んでるんだよー、一緒にやる？とてもエネルギー。やっぱり元気をもらう。
昔はこれを一人で自己完結できるものだと...
「好きなことをやって生きていく」の先。
大きなプロジェクトにアサインされた。実はあまり最近はこういうことはない。自分のやりたいことだけやってると、誰かとやることも相対的に減るものなのかもしれない。
ただ一方で、自分一人でやりたいことをやり続けるのって、とても虚しいというのも感じるようになった。いや、ちょっとだけ正確じゃないな。きっと、人は一人ではやりたいことをやり続けられないんだと思う。内側から湧いて出る「やりたい！」って気持ちも、どこかで誰かのためになることが必要なのかも知れない。
誰かの要望に応え続けて人生...
「相手も成長してるかもしれないし、チャンスあげてもいいかもね」と凄い人に思えるか？
名前を言うのは憚られるんですが、一緒にファンドをやってる人がこんなことを言ってました。
「相手も成長してるかもしれないし、チャンスあげてもいいかもね」
これ、こちらがかなり立場が上で、相手が失敗した時ならまぁわかるんですよ。でもこの発言したのって、僕らがVCを立ち上げる時に回ったかなり年齢上の、数十億円後半のイグジット経験のある先輩起業家に、「いやいやお前ら全くファンドのこと分かってないやん。当然投資しないよ」と断られた人に対して言ってるんですよ。僕は衝撃でしたよ本当に。...
他者の評価に翻弄されることと、自分の納得感との複雑な関係。
誰かのための文章を書くのはそれはそれで楽しいけど、やっぱりこうして何の意味もないと分かった上で書く文章の楽しさに比べるとちょっと違うな、なんて思う。
評価される文章を書くことができたとして、それを評価されても嬉しくないわけです。狙い通りというか、特にパルプンテは起こってないので。だけど、胸の中にある本当の気持ちや、考え抜いた自分の思想を誰かに評価されるとそれはとても嬉しいわけです。評価されようと思ってやってないから。パルプンテ。とても嬉しい。
