優雅な振る舞い
一度に一つのことしかしないと優雅に見えるというライフハックを発見した。わかりやすいので逆を考えてみてもらえたらいいんですが、ご飯食べながらスマホを触る→優雅じゃない、わけですよ。だから常に１つのことだけやれば基本とても優雅に見える。食べるだけ、歩くだけ、座るだけ、呼吸するだけ、とどこまでやるかはともかく最小単位までやることを一つにしていけば優雅になる。そして結果として自分自身が満...

「エンタメに投資する」って決めたら、ブレーキ踏んでたのは自分だけだったと気がついた。
愛媛に遊びに来た。松山駅と松山市駅という今世紀最大のトラップによりあたあたするところからはじまり、その夜を楽しんだ。
イベントとかで登壇したり、参加したりすると一人は「noteがすきです」と伝えてくれる人がいる。だいたい毎回。ありがたい。もっと普段から伝えてよ！ってふざけながら言うけど、その人の存在に救われてたりする。言わないけどね。

教えてくれた友達は、出会ってまだ僅かだし、回数も少ないけど、なんかすごく友達ってところに位置付けるのが自然の人たち。あんまりいないんですけどね、そういう人。近くに来たら話したくなるし、話すとお互い何かを得てるような感じがあるし、でもって別になんでもない話もする。
