為了探索導覽方式，我長期都會請教英國藍牌導覽員培訓的老師。
有一次我問老師：
「您覺得，一個好的導覽員最重要的素質是什麼？」
老師回答：
「我常覺得，是我們訓練導覽員時一直強調的 soft skill（軟技巧），還有 common sense（常理、人之常情）。」
當下我其實有一種如釋重負的感覺。
