出社練習2回目。怖いまま、前より5分長くいられました
昨日、出社の練習の
2回目をしてきました。
前回は、オフィスに
5分くらいいるのが精一杯でした。
受付も、ガラス越しに
遠くから見ることしかできませんでした。
今回は、受付の前まで行けました。
そのあと少し座って、
10分ちょっと、オフィスにいられました。
たった5分ほどの違いです。
でも、ぼくにとっては、
前回よりちゃんと前に進めた5分でした。
