我們做簡報或演講時，常常會遇到一個問題。
內容準備得很好，案例也很多，台下卻愈聽愈安靜。
於是我們開始想：
「是不是應該加一點互動？」
接著最容易想到的，就是問問題、舉手、搶答、分組競賽，甚至準備一些小禮物。
但我愈來愈覺得，真正的問題可能不是：
「我的簡報有沒有互動？」
而是：
「我的互動，到底讓學員做了什麼思考？」
這也是我設計「互動競賽設計師」真正想處理的事情。
它不是一個幫簡報「加遊戲」的工具。
它真正要做的是：
把一份原本以講者輸出為主的簡報...
AI 時代，高中生怎麼把自主學習做快，也做真？
如果今天有一位高中生很直接地跟我說：
「校長，我事情真的很多。我只想趕快把自主學習做完，整理成可以上傳的成果。」
我不會先責備他。
我甚至可以想像他為什麼會有這個需求。
高二學生同時面對段考、作業、社團、活動、補習、學習歷程，還要思考未來升學。
現在 AI 已經可以幫忙找題目、排進度、整理資料、修改文章、製作簡報，如果我們還要求學生每一件事情都從零開始自己做，只為了證明「這才叫學習」，未必合理。
但老師的擔心也完全可以理解。
因為現在只要幾個提示詞，AI 就可能...
AI 時代，怎麼真正讀完一本書？
我一開始用 Gemini Notebook 讀書時，相當興奮。
一本幾百頁的書放進去，很快就可以得到摘要、心智圖、Podcast、測驗、簡報、資訊圖表。
以前可能花好幾天做的整理，現在一下子就完成了。
第一次看到這些功能，真的很開心。
但用久了，我反而開始問自己：
這本書，到底是我讀完了，還是 AI 讀完了？
我不是反對用 AI 讀書，我自己就大量使用。
但真正問題是：
當 AI 愈來愈會讀，我們要把哪些工作交給它？又有哪些事情，最後還是得留給自己？

別再只叫 AI 幫你摘要一本書
很多人開始用 AI 讀書之後，第一個動作很像：
把 PDF 丟進 Gemini Notebook。
然後問：
「幫我摘要這本書。」
「整理十大重點。」
「做成心智圖。」
「幫我產生語音摘要。」
這些都沒有錯。
問題是，如果一本書最後只是被 AI 壓縮成：
10 個重點、5 個金句、3 分鐘摘要，
那我們得到的，可能只是「更快地以為自己讀過」。
我最近愈來愈在意一件事：
AI 很會整理一本書，不等於我真的讀懂一本書。
甚至更麻煩的是：
