我常常覺得，現在的老師很像救火隊長。
每天一進學校，就不知道下一場火會從哪裡冒出來。
可能是兩個學生吵架，也可能是某位家長突然投訴。原本排好的教學活動，只要發生一件突發事件，就可能全部打亂。
而且，火不會因為你昨天已經很累，今天就少燒一點。...
班級經營新思維：從管理到陪伴
有一個很有名的心理學實驗，叫做「看不見的猩猩」。
研究者請受試者觀看一段影片，畫面中有幾個人正在互相傳球。受試者的任務很簡單，就是仔細數清楚其中一組人傳了幾次球。
大家都很認真，眼睛緊盯著球，生怕漏掉任何一次傳球。
影片結束後，研究者卻問了一個奇怪的問題：
「你有看到那隻猩猩嗎？」
很多人一臉茫然。
什麼猩猩？
重新播放影片，才發現一個穿著猩猩裝的人，竟然大剌剌地走進畫面中央，停留了一下，再慢慢走出去。
不是猩猩沒有出現，而是我們沒有看見。

一位高中公民老師，出了一份回家報告。
題目是：「分析大罷免活動的適法性與合理性。」
這原本是一份很有教育意義的作業。學生必須理解相關法律規範，蒐集資料，區分法律上的適法性與公共討論中的合理性，再提出自己的判斷。
老師希望學生練習的，不只是整理資訊，而是運用法律概念、證據與公共理由進行分析。
可是，現在多了一個問題。
學生回家打開AI，把題目輸入進去，幾分鐘後，就可能得到一份架構完整...

這幾年，有一種說話方式愈來愈常見。
不是針對事批評。
而是直接把一整群人說成同一種人。
老人怎樣。
年輕人怎樣。
老師怎樣。
家長怎樣。
行政怎樣。
退休的人怎樣。
有時候是玩笑。
有時候是情緒很重的貼文。
看久了，我開始覺得不太對。
這些話產生的影響，可能不是讓某個人被罵而已。
而是慢慢讓我們在還沒真正遇見一個人之前，就已經替他決定好了：
他是哪一種人。
他會有什麼毛病。
他都怎麼想。
