正直に言うと、私自身は長いあいだ、人にこんな問いかけをする余裕がありませんでした。 自分のスキルアップのことで、いつも精一杯だったんです。
でも、会社員に復帰して5年目。 後輩に、ものを教える立場になりました。
そうなって初めて、考えるようになったことがあります。

これ、会社あるあるでしょうか。
ある書類処理を、若手のAさんと2人で担当するよう、部長から言われたんです。
2人体制って、難しい。
お互いに「相手がやっているだろう」と思って抜けるか、2人とも動いて無駄が出るか。どちらかになりがちです。
だから私は、先に手を打つことにしました。
「主担当を決めましょう。私がやります」
そう部長に伝えて、了承ももらった。
書類はもう届き始めていたので、その日のうちに処理を進めた。ここまでは、何も問題がなかったんです。
翌日。...
もう半年？と胸がざわつく50代へ。
1月に「今年こそ」と思ったことを、
覚えていますか。
4月に「新年度から心機一転」と考えたことは、
