ジャーナリングって、
字が汚くてもいいし、
殴り書きでもいい。
だって、人に見せるものじゃないから。
きれいな字で書く必要もないし、
文章としてまとまっている必要もない。
「なんかモヤモヤする」
「めっちゃ腹立つ！」
「でも本当はこうしたいのかも」
そんなふうに、
頭の中に浮かんだことをそのまま書けばいい。
むしろ最初から、
「ちゃんとまとめよう」
「きれいに書こう」
「後から見てもわかるようにしよう」
なんて考えていたら、

ってよく言うけど、
私は、ただ行動すればいいわけじゃないと思ってる。
先日、行動力の塊 さんの朝のLIVE配信にお邪魔しました！
そこで行動力の話をしてて、こむぎこさんの行動を起こす基準だったり、悩む時間は短したほうがいいとかお話しされてて、首を縦に振りながらコメントしてました😂
ゆこ。も行動力ある方だと思うんだけど、ただ行動だけ増やすと疲れちゃうわけですよ。
