我曾經以為只要口吃，人生就完蛋了，花了十幾年才發現：原來都是大腦放給自己看的恐怖片。
我們以為只要再努力一點，就能解決問題，卻不知不覺把每件事都當成生死關頭，把身體折騰得精疲力竭，卻還在責怪自己不夠努力。
於是我們總是在過度思考裡，自己嚇自己。
讀完《我可能錯了》後，我回頭去翻超過 10 年的日記，觀察自己的變化，也寫成這篇文章。讀完後，希望你也能放過那個總是對自己太嚴厲的大腦，更溫柔的對待自己。

這周過得好嗎？自從 2 個月前寫作社群開始招募後，我自己也密集參加各種寫作社群，對「怎麼設計一個寫作社群」有了不同想像。
一開始只是抱著觀察的心態，去看看市面上有哪些做法。結果光是英文世界的寫作社群，我就接觸了 19 個，線上到線下都有。
我記錄下自己喜歡、不喜歡的，搭配問卷調查結果，融入自己的社群，持續迭代，期望能為參加者帶來更好的體驗。
看完這一輪，發現這個市場比我想像中多元，也讓我更確定自己想做的社群，以及怎麼找到自己的定位。
