這周過得好嗎？自從 2 個月前寫作社群開始招募後，我自己也密集參加各種寫作社群，對「怎麼設計一個寫作社群」有了不同想像。
一開始只是抱著觀察的心態，去看看市面上有哪些做法。結果光是英文世界的寫作社群，我就接觸了 19 個，線上到線下都有。
我記錄下自己喜歡、不喜歡的，搭配問卷調查結果，融入自己的社群，持續迭代，期望能為參加者帶來更好的體驗。
看完這一輪，發現這個市場比我想像中多元，也讓我更確定自己想做的社群，以及怎麼找到自己的定位。

窮得只剩下錢
錢要花在哪裡才值得呢？

最近看了一部 2008 年的奧斯卡得獎紀錄片《偷天鋼索人》（Man on Wire），紀錄法國藝術家 Philippe Petit 未經許可，在紐約世貿雙子星大樓之間走鋼索的故事。
