I’m a mama to three humans, 2 dogs, and a cat. I’m a wife and interpretive dancer. I wrote a memoir called, All I Feel is Love, and have a blog called sit and smile. I host women’s circles, and writing and singing workshops in Tampa, Fl.

Sharing my story of going through Alzheimer's with my beloved mother. I walk beside her, not in front or behind. I love to write, read, bake, and eat chocolate. I am Bubbe to the two best granddaughters ever.
