「スマホが使えない日」のために。
にんケットに間に合うように作ったものの、使い方をほとんど紹介できていなかった「CNPおうち防災カード」。
改めて紹介します。
このカードは、「スマホが使えない非常時」に、大切な家族や知り合いと連絡を取るために作りました。
災害時は充電ができず、公衆電話を使うこともあると思います。
そんなときに慌てないよう、
・家族の連絡先一覧
・171（災害用伝言ダイヤル）で使う電話番号
・4桁の暗証番号
をあらかじめ決めて書いておけます。
例えば①実家 ②遠方の祖母...
「家族の電話番号、暗唱できますか？📱」
私は正直、自信ありません💦
スマホがある前提で生きすぎていて、
・LINEが使えない
・充電が切れる
・通信障害が起きる
そんな状況を、ちゃんと想像できていなかったんですよね💦
でも、災害は急に起こります。
なので今、
「家族の連絡先メモ」
をお財布や防災バッグに入れておけるカードを作り始めました✍️
小さい備えですが、
安心感はかなり違います😊

「大きな準備」
より、
「小さな行動」
の積み重ねが大事だと思っています。

災害時、意外と困るもののひとつが「薬」です。
水や食料は備えていても、
「親がどんな薬を飲んでいるのか、家族が把握できていない」
というケース、実はかなり多いんですよね。
これ、もしもの時には本当に困ります。
たとえば、
・避難所に行った
・病院にすぐかかれない
・お薬手帳が流されてしまった
そんな状況になった時、
「どんな薬を飲んでいるのか」
「どこの病院に通っているのか」
「どれくら...
