5月にSubstackを始めてから、
はじめて、ほぼ一週間お休みしました。
人間、生きてると色々ある。
正直、疲れるときもあるよね
そんなとき、私はデトックス一択。
流石に会社もあるし、教室もあるし
一週間スマホを封印は無理だけど、
電話と業務連絡以外はほとんど触らず
赴くままに過ごしていました。
一度、頭の中を空っぽにする。
そして、もう一度見つめ直して整理する。
私は、
本当は何をしたいのか？
本当は何を大切にしたい...
「大切」という箱。
「大切」という箱の中には、
人によって違うものが入っている。
自分。
家族。
恋人。
好きな人。
友達。
ペット。
仕事。
モノ。
大切にしたいものも違えば、
大切にする方法だって違う。
言葉で伝えること。
会いに行くこと。
そっとしておくこと。
想い続けること。
持ち続けること。
連絡すること。
叱ること。
抱きしめること。
離れること。
何もしないこと。
丁寧に扱うこと。
傷つけないこと。
