ドバイ不動産のエージェントになって以来、お客さんから頂く、「ドバイ不動産」についての何千もの質問にお答えしてきました。興味のある方は多いけれど、日本人にとってはそもそも「行ったこともないし、分からない」という方がほとんどです。そこで、

ドバイへ移住して、もう2年になりました。
電通を辞めて、生まれて初めての海外移住でドバイへ。
そして人生初の転職で、やったことのない「不動産エージェント」に現地採用されます。
入社してしばらくは、電話で現地在住🇦🇪の方に「物件を買いませんか？」と、英語で連絡して撃沈。全く成果があがりませんでした。物件の現地に行ったり、デベロッパーに話を聞きに行ったりして勉強する日々。

電通を辞めて、ドバイ現地会社で不動産エージェントになりました。
ドバイで感じたのは「夢の叶うスピードが早い」こと。
初めは「不動産」も「海外に転職」も初めてのことで、現地のアラブ人に電話営業したりしていました。並行して、ドバイについて日本語で発信したり、できる限りのことをしました。
基本給は0円。ディールが決まって、初めてコミションが入る仕組みです。（ドバイのエージェントでは一般的）
