初めての Apple Watch
愛用していたWithingsの腕時計が壊れたことをきっかけに、初めてApple Watch を購入してみました。選んだのはApple Watch Ultra 2 です。腕時計は丸型のデザインが好きなため、四角い Apple Watch を長く使い続けられるか自信がなく、ハードオフで中古品を購入しました。

今週の忙しさは度を超えていました。毎日別の何かに追われ、日々を生きることでやっとの状況でした。ほとんど寝ないままに新潟へ日帰りをするなど、限界を見た地獄のような一週間でした。無事に今この時間を迎えられて安堵しています。
まだまだ忙しい日々が続きそうですが、引き続き全力で頑張ります。

色んな人と1対1で長く対話する機会が多い週でした。1対1で長く話してもらえる人が身近に数多くいることはありがたく、幸せなことなのだと思います。
子育てについて、日常的に仕事が忙しい自分に対して良いアドバイスをもらいました。親が「ながら」状態で子どもと長時間過ごそうとするのではなく、たった5分でも良いので「100%子どもに意識を向けた関わり」を持つと、子どもの心に強い安心感と自己肯定感を与えることができるそうです。心理学的には「スペシャルタイム」と呼ばれています。
